Our fees are excluding VAT and non-refundable except where you have exercised your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellations and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.  However, if you are able to provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice, we can arrange to reschedule sessions.  On the contrary, except in exceptional circumstances, if you miss a session without informing us you will lose out on the session completely and we reserve the right to retain the amount paid.   This is because, during that time, I am unavailable to other clients and it’s time and effort dedicated for a specific person and purpose.
