Are you feeling drained, stressed or overwhelmed? It’s very easy to get overwhelmed by everything going on in life, however we only have limited control; for example, we can’t stop accidents from happening or change major events. Worrying about the things outside of our control can be mentally draining and can make us feel unable to deal with the things that we can handle. Identifying the things that are contributing to us feeling drained, stressed or overwhelmed is important so we can let go of the things that we can’t control and take action towards the things that we can control.
